  • Do I get to keep the sign?
    Unfortunately, no, you don't get to keep it. We are a rental service. We will occassionally offer holiday custom purchase options but those will be listed separately in our online store (coming soon).
  • What areas do you service?
    Our service areas include West Mobile and Grand Bay, AL If you have a question about whether your area is included, please contact us. You can also visit www.SignGypsies.com and enter your zipcode to find the closest affiliate to your area!
  • When are the signs setup?
    Signs are delivered during the evening hours, the day before your celebration. We can not provide a specific time for arrival, as we place & pickup signs in the best order for that particular night. School or non-surprise signs are often setup prior to evening.
  • How much does it cost to rent a sign?
    Check out our pricing and rental option prices under our PRICINGtab.
  • Do you take last minute orders?
    Yes! If we have the availability and the inventory we can do next day orders! There is an additional rush charge of $25 for same day orders (if we can accomodate your request).
  • How long will the sign stay in my yard?
    Signs are setup in the evening hours & picked up the following evening starting at 7:00 pm. We do offer additional days if you'd like to keep the sign for an extended period of time (if we have the availability). The cost is $35 for additional days. *We can not guarantee an exact delivery or pickup time, as it varies from day to day depending on location of other signs & time spent at location
  • Do I need to be there for set up or tear down?
    Nope! You simply place the order with us, pay your invoice, and we handle the rest! You are free to let us know your preference for yard placement, but we try to place our signs in a highly visible area!
  • What if it rains or we have severe weather? Are your greetings waterproof?
    Yes, our signs are waterproof! We will even set up in the rain, as long as there is NO lighting! Occassionally severe weather will prevent us from setting up entirely or leaving the setup up. In the event we have to cancel or change the timing of your greeting, you will be notified in as advance as possible.
  • Can the greetings be used indoors? Or only outside?
    At this time we are only offering outdoor setups.
  • Can I setup or take down the sign myself?
    Unfortunately, no. Our signs must be setup and removed by trained Sign Gypsies. This ensures you receive the best greeting possible & will be a true reflection of our brand standards. Setups must be handled in the same manner to avoid damage to the signs. We thank you for your understanding!
